The piano is such a beautiful, versatile instrument that can be enjoyed through classical study as well as through improvisation. Larisa offers training in both of these techniques, and will be happy to work with beginning or intermediate students in either or both of these areas. (All ages 5 y.o. + are welcome!)

About Mewww.lyricforest.com
Lesson DetailsLarisa is a traveling teacher, willing to teach in the comfort of your own home.
Piano students must have access to a tuned piano or digital piano (77-88 weighted keys preferable) on a daily basis.
A blank notebook or binder with blank notebook paper will be provided by the student in which lesson assignments will be recorded.
Practice should be task-oriented rather than time-based (i.e. it is more important to rehearse the assignment than to practice for a specified number of minutes).
To honor copyright laws, music/repertoire is paid for by the student (teacher may purchase music for student, reimbursement amount must be paid with the next monthly payment).
Payment by cash or check (made out to “Larisa Forest”) is due upon the completion of each lesson. A monthly payment plan may be arranged. Family discounts are available if more than one student in the family can be scheduled back-to-back.
Lessons cancelled by the student due to illness or emergency may be eligible for makeup and should be scheduled at a time convenient to both the student and the teacher. If your child is home sick from school please do not have them take a lesson.
